The Fall Fashion look is taking classics from past looks at the 70's through the 90's:
Boots, vests, capes, long skirts, tie-bow blouses. Pants are extremes: tight and skinny or wide legged bell bottoms. Palazzos are making a statement with more fitted tops, and draped necklines are on tops as well as dresses. Keywords: Feminine and flattering!
Loose and flowing clothing is complimented with loose and flowing hair, messy buns and unstructured updos.
